Yassin and Alyssa of United Chapters Living of Minneapolis, MN, commissioned a team to develop survey questions to gain caregivers’ input for starting an FASD-Informed Group Home.
As we have set out to produce a documentary about FASD, my dream/audacious goal is to help see transformation in community supports that will provide better outcomes for our loved ones with an FASD. That dream is already happening as the film is in its infancy/fundraising stage.
So honored to be part of this team that helped conduct a survey for my friend Yassin who is now in the process of establishing FASD-informed group housing. Below is a link to the draft group home proposal, the results from the 2021 survey, and the package of information we provided.
